  1. Write a rant. What makes you angry? Why does it make you angry?
  2. What are your guilty pleasures and why do you enjoy these things so much?
  3. What are you addicted to? Is it good for you or bad for you? Why?
  4. What’s your healthiest habit? Least healthy habit?
  5. How can you create stronger boundaries between work and home?
  6. Compile a list of 10 recipes, new or old, that you really want to make.
  7. Write down 10 short-term goals. 
  8. Write down 5 long-term goals.
  9. Write a bucket list.
